Classes consist of tapping and vibration, meridian stretching, relaxation breathing, visualization, energy meditation and Life Particle healing.

 

Classes can be adapted to the condition of the student and can be given in a chair, standing and/or on the floor.

is a full mind-body experience that awakens the mind, the body and the soul.  As listed above, classes include tapping and vibration, meridian stretching, deep breathing, several forms of meditation and much, much more.  Students typically notice immediate results and leave class feeling lighter and brighter (albeit maybe a bit sore at times!).
